Westbound at Loop 12. The new structure was nearing completion to the right. By the end of September 2007 traffic was on the new bridge and the roadway in this photo was demolished.

This section features a wide set-aside in the center for HOV lanes. The HOV lanes opened on July 31, 2007. These HOV lanes were later made into managed lanes for toll-paying vehicles.
